My research program involves three overlapping and
inter-related areas -- quantitative genetics, unstable
gene expression states, and fungal pathogenesis. Within
these areas we use the most recent whole genome analysis
techniques and we focus on Saccharomyces cerevisiae,
Cryptococcus neoformans, and Candida albicans
as models. Students participate in all aspects of
the research projects.
