Young Ones Series

Who:

1st and 2nd year CMB students.

What: 

1st years will listen and enjoy free food, while 2nd years give short presentations (15-20 minutes) on their research projects.

Where: 

Room 4002 in GSRBII.  (The 4th floor conference room – go straight out of the main elevators.)

When:

The first Thursday of every month September to May (except January) from 5:30-6:45p.m.

Why:

1st year students get to learn about the varied types of research happening at Duke (including rotation info!), and 2nd year students have a chance to practice their presentation skills in front of a low-pressure audience.    Also enjoy FREE FOOD and GREAT COMPANY!!!
